Dr. Kellie is a 1996 Graduate of the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. She is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioner and is proud that Oak Hill Animal Hospital is certified as a Fear Free clinic.

Dr. Julie was born and raised in Evansville. She knew she wanted to be a veterinarian from an early age while growing up on a small farm with horses, cats, and a dog. She obtained her veterinary degree from Purdue in 2013, and she has worked at Oak Hill Animal Hospital since graduation. In her spare time, Dr. Julie enjoys hiking, gardening, running, cycling, and cheering for her beloved Purdue Boilermakers. She lives in Evansville with her husband Derek, children Luke and Abby, and two orange cats, Robbie and Ranger.
