Cancellation/No-Show Policy

"No-Show" describes any appointment that is missed.
"Late Cancellation" describes an appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

Policy:

Due to an increasing number of "No-Shows" and same day cancellations, combined with a very high demand for services, there will be a charge for missed appointments and cancellations.

The charge for missed appointments or late cancellations is $60.00.

If you are late for an appointment we will make every effort to fit you in, but priority will be given to regularly scheduled patients. You may need to wait longer than anticipated. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be subject to the late cancellation fee.

Our goal is to provide timely care to all our patients and to respect not only the veterinarian's time, but the constraints of a tightly booked schedule. If you must cancel your appointment, we request you call at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other patients who are in need of care.
